Our story

Built on Texas strength,

X Home started on the hardest side of real estate: walking Texas families through foreclosure. That work taught us something simple - homeowners don't need a sales pitch during a stressful season. They need straight answers, real numbers, and a buyer who does exactly what they said they'd do.

With over 10 years of combined experience in real estate, finance, and acquisitions, we've bought more than 200 Texas homes - from quick as-is closings that gave families a fresh start to purchases that stopped a foreclosure auction with days to spare. Every one of them closed with our own funds.

Anthony I.

Co-Founder

Growing up in the Midwest, Anthony experienced foreclosure firsthand, fueling his passion for helping homeowners in tough situations. Before real estate, he was an acquisitions specialist in the automotive industry, making high-stakes decisions on over $20 million in vehicle purchases. This sharpened his problem-solving skills, which he now uses to guide Texas homeowners through financial challenges. Outside of work, he enjoys golf and spending time with close friends and family.

Wilson H., CPA

Co-Founder

Wilson graduated from Texas A&M University with an undergraduate degree in Accounting and a Master's in Financial Management. After graduation, Wilson moved to Dallas and began his career in the accounting and financial services industry where he obtained his CPA. After a career change to pursue his passion for real estate, Wilson combined forces with Anthony and created X Home.

Anna

Intake Specialist

Anna is one of the two voices most homeowners hear when they call X Home. She has a way of putting people at ease in stressful moments, a skill she's honed at home with her high-energy blue heeler. When she isn't on a call walking a homeowner through their options, she's outside with her dog or hosting friends in the backyard. The hardest part of reaching out is making that first call, and Anna works hard to make it feel like a conversation with a friend instead of a sales line.

Keaton

Investor Relations

Keaton works behind the scenes. He doesn't typically talk to sellers - that side of the work is handled by Anna and Anthony. His job starts after a homeowner decides to sell to X Home: he underwrites the deal, coordinates the closing, and manages the rehab and resale of the property afterward. Born and raised in Keller, Texas, he brings the same patience and persistence to underwriting that he does to landing a trophy bass on a quiet morning at the lake. Outside of work, you'll usually find him fishing or hunting.
